General Return Policy


At Dawa Sansar, we do not offer refunds after a purchase has been made. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or exchange under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns (Replacement Only, No Refunds)


We will replace items if:

  • The medicine received is expired

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
  • Proof of issue (images or videos) must be submitted to our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or Used Products (including personal care and hygiene items)
  • Temperature-Sensitive Products (such as insulin, vaccines, etc.)
  • Medical Equipment & Devices (unless defective)
